Shipping Policy

Plastic Forests uses a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type/weight of the product and where it’s being delivered. We endeavour to keep shipping as affordable as possible.
Standard orders are typically processed within 24 hours (on business days).
Products are shipped from Monday – Friday, with delivery normally expected in 7 – 14 working days.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or overseas.
If you won’t be home, you can give the transport provider authority to leave the delivery.
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
As deliveries are made by external 3rd parties, there is no guarantee on delivery times or liability for any product lost in transit.
Changes made by the customer to delivery times etc, may incur a re-delivery fee from the courier/transport provider and are the customer’s responsibility.
If there are any missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact sales@plasticforests.com.au within 48 hours of your parcel being received.

A handling charge of $15 per order or 3% of order value (whichever is greater) may be payable upon cancellation of order.
