- Plastic Forests uses a range of different freight and transport providers depending on the type/weight of the product and where it’s being delivered. We endeavour to keep shipping as affordable as possible.
- Standard orders are typically processed within 24 hours (on business days).
- Products are shipped from Monday – Friday, with delivery normally expected in 7 – 14 working days.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or overseas.
- If you won’t be home, you can give the transport provider authority to leave the delivery.
- Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
- We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.
- As deliveries are made by external 3rd parties, there is no guarantee on delivery times or liability for any product lost in transit.
- Changes made by the customer to delivery times etc, may incur a re-delivery fee from the courier/transport provider and are the customer’s responsibility.
- If there are any missing or incorrect items in your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your parcel being received.
